How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact us via email, phone, or the booking platform you used to make your reservation. Include your booking details, such as the reservation number, tour date, and your contact information. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed promptly. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances: The Panama Tours Company is dedicated to delivering memorable experiences; however, there are situations beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, protests, riots, unforeseen closures of attractions, schedules of when ships pass through the Panama Canal, and traffic accidents. In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, The Panama Tours Company will make every effort to reschedule the tour, provide an alternative experience, or issue a credit for future tours.
