7. 🔁 Commitment Letter to cover return/repatriation expenses

8. 🩺 Proof of Health Insurance valid in Panama

9. 💼 For employees:

   • Company letter on letterhead confirming role, salary (min. $3,000/month), remote work status, and foreign income

   • Proof the company is legally registered abroad

10. 📑 Sworn Declaration: no local employment or business in Panama

11. 💳 Application Fee: $250 USD

12. 💳 ID Card Fee: $50 USD

• 🌐 Proof of your business registration abroad

• 📝 Sworn statement describing your clients, services, payment amounts, and frequency

 

💰 Prove Your Foreign Income

Submit one of the following:

• Bank certification confirming income source and origin

• Foreign or local bank statements showing income tied to remote work

• ✅ Valid for 9 months

• 🔁 Renewable once for another 9 months
