Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Tour Date: For both standard and custom tours, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable due to the arrangements and costs already incurred. Include your booking details, such as the reservation number, tour date, and your contact information. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed promptly. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events affecting safety, Panama Tours Company may cancel or reschedule the tour.
