WHAT TO EXPECT This 8-hour private tour takes you and your group (up to 4 people) along Panama's beautiful Pacific Coast, showcasing a variety of beach communities. We'll visit up to 3 beaches (only 2 if distances are too far apart), allowing you to experience the unique character of each location. The tour begins with a 30-minute online consultation to understand your preferences and priorities. Areas covered may include Chame, Gorgona, Coronado, Farallon, Playa Blanca, Buenaventura, Vistamar, Santa Clara, Bijao, Corona, Rio Mar, Malibu, and Costa Esmeralda. INCLUDED - 8-hour private guided tour of Pacific Coast beaches (for up to 4 people) - Private transportation to selected beach locations - 30 minute online consultation to assess your needs - Visits to up to 3 beaches (2 if locations are far) - Certified tour guide - Private driver - Hotel pick up and drop off - Bottled water NOT INCLUDED - Lunch or other meals - Personal expenses - Tips - Attorney consultation (available as an add-on)

In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their tour, the following refund policy applies: • Standard Tours: - Cancellations 48 Hours or More Prior to Tour Date: Eligible for a full refund, minus any fees associated with payment processing (e.g., credit card fees or other transaction costs) and costs incurred. - Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Tour Date: Non-refundable due to the arrangements and costs already incurred. • Custom, Relocation & Orientation Tours and/or Tours With Personalized Schedules: - Non-refundable, as these experiences are tailored specifically to your preferences and involve pre-arranged services on your behalf. How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact us via email, phone, or the booking platform you used to make your reservation. Include your booking details, such as the reservation number, tour date, and your contact information. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed promptly. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances: The Panama Tours Company is dedicated to delivering memorable experiences; however, there are situations beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, protests, riots, unforeseen closures of attractions, schedules of when ships pass through the Panama Canal, and traffic accidents. In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, The Panama Tours Company will make every effort to reschedule the tour, provide an alternative experience, or issue a credit for future tours.
